Virtual home visits
When social distancing upended daily life for pros and their customers, Lowe’s Innovation Labs joined forces with Streem® to launch Lowe’s for Pros JobSIGHT™: an augmented video collaboration platform that lets pros assess maintenance and repair projects remotely.
Tech-enabled collaboration
With Lowe’s for Pros JobSIGHT™, pros use one-way video chat to speak with a customer and view their space; augmented reality to guide the customer around to diagnose issues; and computer vision to capture product details to order parts.
Although the tool is powered by cutting-edge technology, the experience is seamless and intuitive for both pros and their customers.

In partnership with Streem®
Lowe’s Innovation Labs first partnered with Streem®, now a Frontdoor company, in 2019. When the pandemic made it difficult for pros to connect with their customers, we accelerated Lowe’s for Pros JobSIGHT™ and launched it free to all Lowe’s Pro Loyalty members by June 2020.
We continue to work with Streem® to develop collaborative tools that will shape the future of home improvement, and we look forward to sharing more soon.
